INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 cup spinach or kale

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp spirulina or matcha powder (optional for extra calm energy)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Toppings: sliced kiwi, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes


INSTRUCTIONS
