Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 150g quinoa

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach

  • 1 small avocado, sliced

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

  • Sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds.

  • Whisk together the remaining olive oil with the lemon juice and drizzle over the bowls before serving.

Why it’s great for hormone health: Salmon provides omega-3 fatty acids to support hormone production and reduce inflammation, quinoa offers slow-release energy and fibre, pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium and zinc, while avocado and olive oil provide healthy fats that are essential for hormone balance.
