Pumpkin Spice Loaf with Maple Glaze

INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup canned pumpkin purée
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
MAPLE GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
