Golden Turmeric Latte – a warm, calming, and immunity-boosting drink, perfect for January and the winter months.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Optional: pinch of ginger powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the milk gently on the stove.
