Golden Turmeric Latte


Golden Turmeric Latte – a warm, calming, and immunity-boosting drink, perfect for January and the winter months.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Optional: pinch of ginger powder


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the milk gently on the stove.

  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger until smooth.

  3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
