Golden Sleepy Girl Moon Milk

A calming, hormone-friendly nightcap to support relaxation and sleep quality.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Optional: ¼ tsp ashwagandha powder or magnesium powder (if suitable)
METHOD
Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan (do not boil).
Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and sweetener.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring slowly.
Pour into a mug, take a deep breath, and sip slowly before bed.
Turmeric and cinnamon support inflammation balance, while warm milk and gentle spices help signal the nervous system to wind down — perfect for “beditation” time.
