100g dark chocolate
2 tsps cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
80g coconut cream
Toppings such as passionfruit, berries or oranges
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl, over a pan of simmering water. Add the chocolate to a blender with the cacao, vanilla extract, maple syrup/honey, avocado and coconut cream.
Blend and then pour the mixture into serving dishes. I like to use martini glasses. Then top with citrussy fruit!
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving
