Izzy’s Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • 1 avocado

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 2 tsps cacao

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 80g coconut cream

  • Toppings such as passionfruit, berries or oranges

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl, over a pan of simmering water. Add the chocolate to a blender with the cacao, vanilla extract, maple syrup/honey, avocado and coconut cream.

  2. Blend and then pour the mixture into serving dishes. I like to use martini glasses. Then top with citrussy fruit!

  3. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving
